Student’s Responsibility in Relation to Evaluation

In all TFE programs students are required to submit a self-evaluation report mid-year (or mid-term) through the unit and a final self-evaluation report at the end of the unit (or term).

Mentors/supervisors are requested to submit a mid-year evaluation report on the student’s work at the placement site, as well as an end-of-year evaluation report. All written reports are discussed with the other party before being submitted to the Director of Theological Field Education.

If the student, or mentor/supervisor, do not agree with a report or any sections in it, they must note that disagreement in the report and provide a brief comment regarding a plan for resolution.
